Day 01 Arrival in Guwahati drive to Kaziranga 4.5 hr 204 km
Your exciting 15-day Northeast India tour begins with your arrival at Guwahati airport. Known as the gateway to Northeast India, Guwahati is a bustling city with a blend of ancient and modern attractions. On reaching Guwahati meet our representative and start your tour. Your first stop during the 15 days Northeast India tour is Maa Kamakhya Temple. Post that continue your journey to Kaziranga National Park.
Visit to Kamakhya Temple:
Location: Nilachal Hill, Guwahati
Significance: One of the oldest and most revered Shakti Peethas in India, dedicated to Goddess Kamakhya.

Day 02 Elephant and Jeep Safari at Kaziranga National Park
Morning Elephant Safari:
- Experience: Up-close encounters with wildlife, including rhinoceroses, tigers, elephants, and various bird species. Timings: Early morning 5 am.
- Experience: Explore western/Central zone of the park, offering diverse landscapes and wildlife sightings plenty of dear, one horned rhino, wild elephants. If you are lucky you can get chance to spot royal bengal tiger.

Day 03 Transfer to Majuli Island 4 - 5 hr 140 km
Today morning we will visit India's only island district Majuli. Which is a hub of Neo vaishnavite culture. Where bhakts(monks) learn and practices various prayers, dance and dance drama(Bhauna).

- Duration: Approximately 3-4 hours, including a 1-hour ferry ride on the Brahmaputra River.

Day 04 Exploring Majuli Island
Today we spend the whole exploring the prominent satras of Majuli apart from this you can also explore Mising community villages.

- Dakhinpat Satra: Renowned for its festivals and cultural activities.
- Auniati Satra: Known for its collection of ancient artifacts.

Day 05 Majuli to Ziro Valley 5 - 6 hr 150 km
Today morning after breakfast drive to Ziro valley which is the Lower Subansiri region of Arunachal Pradesh. From the plane of Assam we enter the windy hilly road of Arunachal Pradesh. On reaching Ziro check-in at a cosy resort/homestay.

Day 08 Trip to Tai Phake Village
Today you will visit one of the prominent village of Assam Tai Phake Village. This village is home to the Tai Phake community which are originated from Myanmar(Burma) in the 18th century, bringing with them their unique cultural heritage and Buddhist practices.
Tai Phake Village:
- Highlights: Experience the unique culture of the Tai Phake community, traditional houses, beautiful Buddhist monasteries (Viharas).
- Delicious Food: Savor Tai Phake delicacies like steamed fish, chicken, banana flower sabji, bamboo shoot salad etc.

Day 09 Transfer to Mon village in Nagaland 4 - 5 hr 115 km
Mon village is known as the land of the Konyak Nagas, the village is famous for its unique customs, traditional tattooed warriors known for fierce headhunting history and vibrant festivals. Mon Village is also a gateway to discovering the living heritage of the Konyak tribe, renowned for their headhunting history and intricate craftsmanship.Travel Details:

Day 10 Visit Longwa Village
After breakfast, we will head to Longwa village, which is located 40km away (2 hrs). This village straddles the border of India and Myanmar, with the Chief's (Angh) house passes through the international border. Upon arrival, we can visit the Angh's house to see the amazing wood artifacts, take photographs, and admire other decorative items. We can also purchase handmade jewelry and clothing. Later, we can explore the village, visit the village church, meet the villagers, and enjoy the view of Myanmar from the hilltop and return back to Mon town.
- Significance: One of the most famous Konyak villages, known for its headhunting history.
- Meet the Konyak Headhunters, interact with the Angh (Chief) and their family.
- Walk around the village and observe traditional thatched roof houses and houses decorated with the skulls of animals.
- See the antique artifacts, wooden sculptures and shop local jewellery.

Day 11 Visit Hongphoi Village
Early morning after breakfast visit Hongphoi Village which is a traditional Konyak village. It is best place to observe the tradition lifestyle of Naga tribes and meet the last few of tattooed headhunters, visit the Morung and walk around the village. Later if time permit visit some other Konyak villages and return to Mon.

- Significance: Prominent village of majority of Konyak headhunters.
- Activities: Meet the Angh(Chief), his wife and other headhunters and have some chit chat.

Day 12 Mon to Jorhat 6 - 7 hr 142 km
Early morning after breakfast proceed to Jorhat. On reaching check-in at a hotel.Travel Details:

Day 13 Jorhat to Khonoma Village 6 - 7 hr 210 km
Early morning after breakfast drive to Khonoma green village in Nagaland. On reaching check-in at a homestay. Khonoma village is known as Asia’s first green village, recognized for its efforts in forest conservation and sustainable living. It is home to the Angami Naga tribe. This village also hold importance during ww-II. The village has a history of resistance against British colonial rule, during the Battle of Khonoma in 1879.

- Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance and rest to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis.
- Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be levied.
- 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. No refund is entitled "for no-shows".
