Shillong Meghalaya itinerary for 4 days
Day 1:Guwahati - Shillong and local sightseeing
On day 1 of 4 days Meghalaya tour upon arrival at Guwahati airport, our representative will meet you and welcome you Meghalaya. After that start driving towards Shillong (drive time around 3 hours). In between stops at Umiam Lake. upon reaching Shillong you can visit the famous Don Bosco Museum, Lady Hydri Park and Ward’s Lake where you can enjoy a boat ride. In the evening visit Shillong Cathedral and Police Bazar Market. Later check-in at a hotel and spend the night comfortably.

Day 2:Local sightseeing at Cherrapunji
Today morning after breakfast drive to Cherrapunji also known as Sohra. Famous for its abundant rainfall, lush green landscapes, and breathtaking waterfalls, Cherrapunji is a paradise for nature lovers. Today we will explore the famous waterfalls and caves in Cherrapunji. In the evening return back to Shillong and Check-in at a hotel/resort. Spend the night at rest.

Night Stay at Cherrapunji
Day 3:Cherrapunji - Mawlynnong village - Dawki
On day 3 of our Shillong Meghalaya tour we will visit two thrilling destination in Meghalaya, Mawlynnong village and Dawki. Mawlynnong village is acclaimed as Asia's cleanest village. On reaching the village you can explore the village on foot and go for trekking in the Single Decker living Root Bridge After that, proceed to Dawki located in the Bangladesh border. Enroute enjoy splendid view of Dawki river and enjoy boating in the crystal clear Umanaghat river. Spend the night in a homestay/camp at Mawlynnong village.

Day 4:Mawlynnong - Guwahati
Today is the last day of Guwahati Meghalaya trip. After checkout from hotel we return to Guwahati. If time permit you can also visit Kamakhya Mata Temple in Guwahati. After that you will be drop at Guwahati Airport/Railway station for your onward journey.

- Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance and rest to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis.
- Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.
- Child below 5 yrs stays complimentary.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
- 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be levied.
- 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
- Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. No refund is entitled "for no-shows".

Amazing Trip with Nexplore Travel

Beautiful, flexible and fun
We went to 5 days Assam tour with Nexplore. We booked this trip last minute (~week prior) and were immediately helped with scheduling tours of the Kaziranga park and major attractions. Anushila picked us up at the airport in the most welcoming way. They adjusted the tour for our requests to see a tea plantation and the city where most silk production occurs, Sualkuchi. Both of these were excellent additions and allowed us to witness the strength and beauty in Assamese craft. It was great all around
My son and I had a great wildlife trip in Northeast India organized by Nexplore Travel. In Assam we went to four National Parks. We saw elephants, rhinos, water buffalo, monkeys etc. It was great all around. Our driver was perfect.
Flawless travel. Places we stayed were excellent and the food was incredible.
I encountered some trouble myself health wise and these guys helped me to solve that problem. We would definitely come back and see more of the Northeast India.

Our trip was great
We have just returned from a 7 days family trip to Assam Meghalaya with Nexplore Travel. As we have two kids we were worried for them initially but our trip was perfect. wonderful trip
