Day 01Arrival in Guwahati and Drive to Kaziranga National Park

Your journey begins at Guwahati, the gateway to Northeast India. After a warm welcome, set off on a scenic drive through the Assamese countryside towards Kaziranga National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The drive itself is a treat, with emerald fields, small villages, and glimpses of rural life along the way. Arrive at your resort, surrounded by the lush greenery of Assam. In the evening, witness a vibrant folk dance performance by local tribes at Kaziranga Orchid Park.

Day 02 Wildlife Safari in Kaziranga National Park

Wake up early to the calls of exotic birds and after breakfast head out for a thrilling Kaziranga Jeep safari in the western range of the park. Spot the majestic one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, swamp deer, and perhaps even a tiger if you’re lucky!
Later, enjoy breakfast back at your resort and spend the afternoon exploring nearby tea gardens or watch the vast collection of orchids and enjoying various activities like angling, hiking etc in the Kaziranga Orchid park. Spend the evening at rest.

Day 03 Journey to Majuli Island (2 hrs drive and 1 hr ferry ride)

Mask of MajuliAfter breakfast, drive towards Majuli, the world’s largest river island. Cross the mighty Brahmaputra River by ferry to reach this serene haven. Upon reaching Majuli, check in to a bamboo cottage and experience the charm of rural life up close.
Majuli is a quaint town far from the bustle of city life, where villagers still follow traditional ways of living. It is also the center of Neo-Vaishnavite culture and tradition, where monks practice devotional music, prayers, and dance dramas. You can enjoy a Sattriya dance performance by the monks and observe their simple and spiritual lifestyle in the Satras (monasteries).
Visit some of the most prominent Vaishnavite monasteries like Auniati Satra, Garamur Satra and explore the famous mask-making Satra - Samaguri Satra to witness this unique Mask of Majuli depicting characters from hindu mythology.

Day 04 Majuli to Jorhat – Stay in a Tea Bungalow

Heritage tea bungalow of Assam Early in the morning, after enjoying a traditional breakfast, visit the Mising tribal villages to interact with the locals, learn about their lifestyle and witness the intricate hand weaving done by the women. After the visit, leave Majuli behind and head towards Jorhat, which includes a 1.5-hour ferry ride. Jorhat is famously known as the “Tea Capital of Assam.”
Upon arrival, check in to a heritage tea bungalow — a charming colonial-style house. In the evening, relax or unwind with a freshly brewed cup of Assam tea on the veranda.

Day 05 Visit to Hoollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary & Drive to Dibrugarh via Sibsagar

This morning, visit the Hoollongapar Gibbon Sanctuary, home to India’s only ape species — the Hoolock Gibbon. The forest walk offers chances to spot rare primates and exotic birds.
After brekfast continue your journey to Dibrugarh, stopping en route at Sibsagar. Arrive in Dibrugarh by evening and check in at a tea estate.

Day 06 Tea Experience in Dibrugarh

Tea Garden tour in Assam Today is dedicated to discovering the essence of Assam tea!
Take a guided tea garden tour in Mancotta tea estate or any other tea estate of your wish, learn about the art of plucking, rolling, and fermenting tea leaves. At an additional cost, you can also join a tea tasting session, sampling different varieties of Assam’s finest blends and tea factory tour. Spend the night at a charming bungalow inside the tea estate, soaking in the peaceful atmosphere and the aroma of fresh tea leaves all around.

  • Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance and rest to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis.

  • 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
  • Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
  • Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. No refund is entitled "for no-shows".
