Day 1 Guwahati - Kaziranga National park On arrival at Guwahati Airport/railway station, our representative will greet you and start our journey to Kaziranga National Park, which is about 5 hr. journey. (We will start our tour before 12 pm).
On reaching Kaziranga National Park we check in at a cosy and homely resort surrounded by lush greenery and walking trail.

Day 2 Kaziranga National park
Today early in the morning we will go for a trip on an elephant's back inside the park and witness various wild animals from very close. In this tour, you will definitely encounter with one-horned rhino for sure. After the morning safari will return back to the hotel for some refreshment and explore another beautiful orchid park, as well as modal village Kaziranga Orchid park, enjoy traditional Assamese food and back again to another range of Kaziranga to explore the park closely on a Jeep safari. On elephant safari, we discover the wilderness and varied species of flora & fauna and scenic landscape inside the park. Jeep safari give you the change to encounter with lot more animals.
In the evening return back to our resort for a comfortable night stay.


Day 3

Kaziranga - KohimaToday morning we bid goodbye to this wonderful park and start our journey to another wonderful destination Kohima. It takes around 7 hrs to reach Kohima.
On arrival, check-in at a restful hotel at Kohima and take rest for the night.


Day 4

Kohima - Hornbill Festival Today morning we headed towards Kisama Heritage village at around 9 am to witness the most awaited Hornbill Festival of Nagaland.
Spent the whole day at the festival ground and enjoy vivid cultural performances, Naga lifestyle and their traditional food. We also hope around various stalls of flowers and other artifacts.
At night watch various cultural performance held in the city as a part of Hornbill festival or shop hopping in the famous Naga Bazar market. Test some local food and return back to the hotel.


Day 5

Kohima - Khonoma green village Today we will explore Kohima city and around. Starting from Kohima cathedral, world war -II cemetery, Nagaland state museum .
In the afternoon drive towards Khonoma green village and spend the night in a comfortable and modern homestay. Khonoma village is not only a stunning eye-catching village it also served as a fighting ground during the rule of British in India. You will be able to witness forts of Khonoma, picturesque Angami villages, tribal craftsmanship and culture.
By staying in an Angami tribes homestay for the night you can observe their culture and tradition very closely and get a chance to test traditional Naga food.


Day 6

Khonoma - Dimapur/Guwahati Today early morning we will go to explore the village on foot with a local guide. Take lots of photos and accustom us with a new culture and stories of Khonoma war and return back to homestay.
After having a symptoms breakfast we will start our return journey towards Dimapur.

  • Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance and rest to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis.
  • Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.

  • CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
  • 30 days before the commencement of the tour: 10% of the tour cost will be levied.
  • 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 25% of the tour cost will be levied.
  • Less than 15 days before the commencement of the tour: 50% of the tour cost will be levied.
  • Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. No refund is entitled "for no-shows".

Entry Formalities

Indian Nationals require Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Nagaland and we need at 4 working days to collect the ILP.
Document required for ILP:
  1. Valid Indian Passport/Attested copy of the Driving license
  2. 04 Passport size photograph

Foreigners

Foreign nationals are not required any Entry Permit to visit Nagaland. But they have to register themselves in the Foreigner's Registration Office (District Superintendent of Police) within 24 hours of their entry in Nagaland.

The park generally opens for tourist in the first week of October and close in the first week of May when the monsoon starts.
