Itinerary
Day 01 Guwahati - Shillong
Our Shillong Darjeeling tour package start once you arrived at Guwahati Airport/Railway station. Upon arrival our representative will meet you and proceed to Shillong, the capital of Meghalaya (3 hours, 102 km). Enroute you can visit the Umiam Lake. On reaching Shillong, you will check into your accommodation for a relaxing overnight stay. If time permits, you will visit splendid Wards Lake and Shillong cathedral. In the evening stroll around in the Police Bazar market and enjoy local food.

Day 02 Shillong - Cherrapunji
After a delightful breakfast, check-out from your hotel and head towards Cherrapunji, one of the most beautiful place in Meghalaya. At first visit the majestic Elephant Falls.
The next stop is the Mawkdok Dympep Valley View Point where you can enjoy Zip lining and other activities. Later visit the Eco Park, Mawsmai Cave, Seven Sisters Waterfall, Nohkalikai Falls etc. Nohkalikai Falls is one of the tallest plunge waterfalls in India. After a full day sightseeing, you will arrive at your hotel in Cherrapunji.

Day 03Cherrapunji - Dawki/Mawlynnong village, Single Decker Root Bridge
After having breakfast at hotel, drive to the cleanest village in Asia - Mawlynnong village. On reaching the village, take a stroll through its charming streets, marvel at the Balancing Rock, and enjoy the thrilling experience of walking on the Skywalk, which offer panoramic view of the surroundings. Then do a short trek to the Single Decker Living Root Bridge, a unique natural marvel crafted by the local Khasi tribes.
Later proceed to Dawki which is located in the Indo Bangladesh border. Here you must try boating on the crystal clear water of Dawki River.
After a full day excursion, return to Shillong in the afternoon at around 3 pm.

Day 04 Shillong - Guwahati
After breakfast, proceed for local sightseeing in Shillong. You can visit the Don Bosco Museum, the Air Force Museum, and the Mawphlang Sacred Grove. In the afternoon, drive back to Guwahati. Upon arrival in Guwahati, we will drop you at the railway station for your onward journey to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station, which is the nearest major railhead to Darjeeling.

Day 05 NJP - Darjeeling
Early morning our representative will meet you at NJP railway station and start your journey to Darjeeling which takes around 3 - 4 hours. On reaching we will drop you at your hotel. If time permits you can go for a toy train ride which takes around 2 hours. Post that visit The Mall(Chowrasta) and enjoy the local vibes and indulge in shopping.

Day 06 Darjeeling sightseeing
Today, we will start our day early at around 4 a.m. with a journey to Tiger Hill, which stands at an elevation of 2590 meters. Here you can witness sunrise unfolding over Mt. Kanchenjunga, the world's third-highest peak. Upon return, visit the captivating Ghoom Monastery and the picturesque Batasia Loop. Post that return to the hotel, and enjoy your breakfast. Later visit the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute(Closed on Thursday), Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, Darjeeling ropeway and Batasia Loop. Conclude your day with a visit to the Japanese Temple and the Peace Pagoda, offering a serene and spiritual experience. Return to your hotel in the evening and take rest.

- Less than 07 days before the commencement of the tour: 100% of the tour cost will be levied. No refund is entitled "for no-shows".

- Confirmation of Tour Package is subject to the remittance of 50% of the total tour cost in advance and rest to be paid prior to the commencing of the tour so as to reconfirm all the arrangements on definite arrival basis.
- Slight alterations in the accommodation may become unavoidable due to unavailability of rooms in mentioned hotels, but the accommodation so provided will be of the same class.

Assam at its best
We went to 5 days Assam tour with Nexplore. We booked this trip last minute (~week prior) and were immediately helped with scheduling tours of the Kaziranga park and major attractions. Anushila picked us up at the airport in the most welcoming way. They adjusted the tour for our requests to see a tea plantation and the city where most silk production occurs, Sualkuchi. It was great all around
My son and I had a great wildlife trip in Northeast India organized by Nexplore Travel. In Assam we went to four National Parks. We saw elephants, rhinos, water buffalo, monkeys etc. It was great all around. Our driver was perfect. Flawless travel. Places we stayed were excellent and the food was incredible.I encountered some trouble myself health wise and these guys helped me to solve that problem.
