The temperature ranges from 32°C to 18°C during summer. May to June is considered to be the summer season. In summers Himalayan bridge make the atmosphere cool and pleasant.
Monsoon in Itanagar starts from July and lasts till September. Due to heavy and frequent rainfall the weather remains damp during monsoon. It is advisable to avoid visiting Itanagar in rainy season because of bad road condition.
