Itinerary
- Begin your one-day Guwahati tour with a visit to the iconic Kamakhya Temple, one of India's most revered Shakti Peethas. Located atop the Nilachal Hill, this sacred temple is dedicated to Goddess Kamakhya and attracts countless Hindu pilgrims. To avoid long queues, it’s best to start early, between 7:00 and 8:00 AM.
After your spiritual experience at Kamakhya, head to the nearby Bhubaneswari Temple. From here, you can enjoy stunning panoramic views of Guwahati city and the mighty Brahmaputra River, adding a serene touch to your visit. - After that you can visit the Peacock Island, located in the middle of the Brahmaputra River. Take a short ferry ride to the island and visit the ancient Umananda Temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple, built by the Ahom King Gadadhar Singha in 1694, offers a peaceful setting for devotees and travelers alike.
- After visit another ancient temple Navagraha, it is dedicated to the nine celestial bodies or planets (Navagrahas) in Hindu astrology. Built during the reign of the Ahom rulers in the 18th century, the temple houses nine Shivalingams, each representing one of the nine planets.
- After that visit Assam State Zoo cum Botanical Garden which is spread across an area of 432 acre and spot various animals and reptiles. It also facilitate a beautiful children park.
Note: The botanical garden is closed every Friday - After that visit Regional Science Centre and offers interactive exhibits and displays on various scientific concepts, making it a fun and educational destination for all ages. After that drop you at your hotel and conclude this wonderful tour.

Amazing Trip with Nexplore Travel
We did 15 days tribal tour in Northeast India with Nexplore. Our trip was amazing. Anushila, who helped us plan, was very good at answering our questions and making sure our trip was just what we wanted.

Beautiful, flexible and fun
We went to 5 days Assam tour with Nexplore. We booked this trip last minute (~week prior) and were immediately helped with scheduling tours of the Kaziranga park and major attractions. Anushila picked us up at the airport in the most welcoming way. They adjusted the tour for our requests to see a tea plantation and the city where most silk production occurs, Sualkuchi. Both of these were excellent additions and allowed us to witness the strength and beauty in Assamese craft. Our trip to Kaziranga was perfect and we only wish we could have had more days to the 5 day trip

It was great all around
My son and I had a great wildlife trip in Northeast India organized by Nexplore Travel. In Assam we went to four National Parks. We saw elephants, rhinos, water buffalo, monkeys etc. It was great all around. Our driver was perfect.
Flawless travel. Places we stayed were excellent and the food was incredible.
I encountered some trouble myself health wise and these guys helped me to solve that problem. We would definitely come back and see more of the Northeast India.

Our trip was great
We have just returned from a 7 days family trip to Assam Meghalaya with Nexplore Travel. As we have two kids we were worried for them initially but our trip was perfect. When we were planning the trip, Anu was fantastic in helping us customise the trip to our requirements and suggesting different options.
We went to a few offbeat waterfalls in Meghalaya and the team is being happy to suggest different options and to be flexible. They also suggest the best places where we can travel safely with kids. wonderful trip
My husband and I went on an offbeat tour in Meghalaya for 5 days. We visited the Double Decker root bridge, Phe Phe falls, Krang Shuri falls, Shnongpdeng village, and many other hidden waterfalls in Cherrapunji. We had a great time!
