Hotel Policies

If booking is cancelled due to any reason(s), you will be liable to pay the cancellation charges to the resort. A written cancellation request is to be provided to the resort in such case. Deductions will be applicable from the day resort receives your cancellation request. Following slab can be referred to determine the deductions:

• 48 hours prior to arrival OR No Show: No Refund
• 07 days prior to arrival: 50% of the hotel booking amount
• 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the hotel booking amount
• 45 days prior to arrival: 10% of the hotel booking amount
